The Vision: Self-Creation of Man
The thirst for self-realization and creation has accompanied mankind from its beginnings. In the modern Western world this thirst is expressed in the individual's need to find a unique path in life. Over the past century, organizations have joined individuals in seeking sustained, meaningful, and productive performance
Philoharmony was established to support individuals and organizations in the process of self-creation and its realization.

The Approach: Contemplation and Creativity
Methodologies for self-realization and creativity can provide techniques and inspiration, but become superficial if not accompanied by analysis and a profound, comprehensive worldview. Philosophical doctrines can widen our horizons, but on their own they can rarely bring about a fundamental change in life.
Philoharmony combines a philosophical approach for discovering and developing a profound worldview, with a practical, creative approach for the realization of this worldview in daily life.

Methodology: Discovery, Enhancement, Realization
Meaningful individual creativity involves three steps: deep-going exploration of an existing worldview, recreation of this worldview in more profound and enhanced terms, realization of the renewed worldview in daily life. These steps are detailed below:
(1) Extracting a Worldview. This step involves the exposure of the individual's existing worldview, including basic assumptions, strengths, and limitations, using philosophical texts, tools, and methods.
(2) Recreating the Worldview. This step involves the application of interdisciplinary knowledge and years of counseling experience in order to constructively enhance the unique worldview of the individual or the organization.
(3) Realizing the Worldview. This step involves the assimilation and realization of the worldview in the daily life of the individual or the organization, based on years of experience accompanying diverse projects.

Areas of Application: Counseling, Training, Research
Philoharmony combines methodologies from the field of applied philosophy, interdisciplinary knowledge of creative processes, and rich experience in counseling individuals and organizations to provide three major areas of activity:
(1) Counseling and Project Accompaniment. Philoharmony supports the identification and the realization of the unique creative powers of leaders, managers, entrepreneurs, and private individuals.
(2) Training: Philoharmony provides consultants from various fields with tools for enhancing their work in support of the individual creativity of their clients.
(3) Research and Development: In addition to our work with counselees, Philoharmony engages in research in the fields of applied philosophy and creative processes, publishes articles in leading journals, and actively participates in international conferences devoted to these fields.
